Partner questions
- Does it cost anything to join?
- No. The program is free, non-exclusive, and has no minimums. You can refer one client or fifty, and cancel any time.
- Can I pick a different model per client?
- Yes. Choose recurring revenue share or the one-time bounty for each client at the time you register them, so it fits how you work with them.
- How do you avoid channel conflict?
- When you register a client, you get a 90-day attribution window. As long as they are not already a Roark customer or registered by another partner, that client is credited to you.
- When and how do I get paid?
- Monthly, once the client is a paying subscriber. Recurring share accrues on subscription revenue Roark actually collects; bounties pay out once the client has been active past the refund window. Exact terms are in the agreement.
- Do I have to manage the customer myself?
- No. Roark owns onboarding, support, and billing. You are welcome to co-sell and stay close to the account, but there is no delivery obligation on you.
